Coffee Processing

Coffee is an infusion of nature and science, berries of shrubs belonging to the Coffea group of plants are grounded and roasted using food technology. Fresh berries are picked when they ripened from green to red and the pulpy flesh is removed using traditional or modern coffee processing methods. Once the parchments and pulps are removed, we are left with green coloured coffee beans which will then be roasted in a suitable temperature to bring out the aroma and taste of coffee.

The caffeine content of a cup of coffee is highly dependent on the method of brewing. More caffeine is extracted when coffee is brewed longer. When caffeine is consumed moderately, our body experiences positive changes.
